Introduction

This is a savory broth that you can use as a base for many different soups and dishes. Add pork or chicken cubes and hominy and have a green chili stew. You can also use as a marinade for meats then grill. You can also take a cup and reduce it down to use as a sauce on meats or over meatloaf. Very good. Ingredients

    8 cups chicken broth
    8 cloves garlic
    3 jalapeno peppers,
    3 poblano peppers
    10 med tomatillas
    1 large onion
    1/2 cup chopped cilantro
2 small cans chopped green chilies

Directions

Put chicken broth and chopped green chilies is a big dutch oven, Next process all the remaining ingredients in blender or food processor till almost smooth or to your desired consistency. You can do this with the everything in its raw state or you can roast all the peppers, garlic, tomatillas and onion in the oven or grill to give it more of a smokey taste. I prefer to roast mine 1st.

After everything is chopped, pour into broth/green chili mixture and let simmer for 30 mins.

Now you are ready to be creative.
