Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 4 large
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp
    Blueberries -1-Cup, 1 serving
    Nutribiotic Rice Protein Vanilla, 45g
    Lemon Extract, 1 tsp
    100% Liquid Egg Whites, 0.50 cup
    Honeyville Powdered Egg Whites, 32 gram
    Coconut Secret Raw Coconut Flour, 1 tbsp
    *Honeyville Blanched Almond Flour 42 gram

Directions

Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients. Mix the two together then fold in blueberries. Pour into 5 mini loaf pans. Bake at 350 F for ~25 min.
