Ingredients

8 peeled medium shrimp
8-10 fresh asparagus spears
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. olive oil
1/4 cup shelled cooked edamame (or frozen peas)
1 T. butter
2 T. half & half
2 T. fresh grated pecorino romano
lemon zest, salt, pepper to taste
1/2 c. cooked bow-tie pasta
Directions
Sautee asparagus in oil until crisp-tender. Add butter, garlic, shrimp, and edamame, and cook until shrimp just turn pink. Add half & half, romano, and seasonings. Toss in pasta and serve immediately.
