Number of Servings: 8


    * Pepper, black, 1 dash.
    * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp.
    * Garlic, 1 clove.
    * Yogurt, plain, low fat, 2 container (8 oz).
    * Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 500 grams.
    * Lamb, Ground, 200 grams.
    * *Bouillon - Chicken - Maggi - 30cal/1 cube, 1 serving.
    * *Mint, dried, 1 tsp.


In a pan, put the olive oil, meat and cook until all the juice and the heavy fat goes at least 13 minutes.
Add the chicken cube and black pepper stir 2 minutes
In a saucepan, add the cooked spaghetti, cooked meat, mint and the yoghurt stir all together and leave it on a low heat for 15 minutes stir again then serve it.
If you are using the oven, heat 200 degrees and put it for 15 minutes, stir it then serve it.
