Ingredients

    1 Lb lean ground beef
    2 c Hunts Traditional Spaghetti Sauce
    1 c part skim ricotta cheese
    1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
    1 c part skim mozarella cheese
    1/2 c chopped onion
    1 tbs dry italian seasoning
    1 med whole egg
    8 kroger wheat bollio rolls (hollowed out roll),

Directions

Cook Meat in a hot skillet, add onions, bouillion cube, and italian season. Let meat brown. when meat is brown add the spaghetti sauce and let simmer
mean while mix egg, parmesan and ricotta in a small bowl and set aside.
Hollow out buns and keep tops.
To prepare buns: in each bun alternate meat mixture with ricotta misture then top off with mozarella cheese and put bun top back on and wrap in foil.
put in a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes. when ready enjoy
