Ingredients


    1 1/2 cup fro peas, cooked and pureed
    1 medium avacado rough mashed
    1/4 finely chopped onion
    3/4 c chopped and seeded tomatoes
    2 T greek non fat yogurt
    juice of 1 Lime
    salt and pepper
    pinch of cumin
    cilantro if desired to taste.

Directions

mix all ingredients season to tast .I serve with cucumber slices as "chips"
