Ingredients

    3 potatoes
    14 oz Hillshire Farm Beef Smoked Sausage
    1 (15oz) can of Red Kidney Beans
    1 (14.5) can Tomatoes with green chilies
    1 medium onion 2 1/2 inch
    1 Green Bell Pepper
    1 Tbsp Smart Balance Buttery Spread
    1 Tbsp Canola Oil
    1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
    1 Tsp Cholula Seasoning

Directions

Heat Canola oil and butter. Add potatoes and cook 5 minutes. Add Smoked Sausage and heat through. Add Tomatoes, Kidney Beans and heat through. Add onion, bell pepper and spices. Cook until pepper is cooked to your desire doneness.
