Introduction

Really simple to make for such big delicious flavor. The goat cheese adds a wonderful creaminess to the bundles. We had really thin asparagus so we wrapped it in bundles of three. Ingredients

    12 spears fresh asparagus (trimmed)
    6 slices Prosciutto
    Goat cheese

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 450F.

2. Crumble goat cheese over prosciutto slices. Wrap slices around 2 or 3 asparagus spears (depending on thickness). Arrange wrapped spears in a single layer on a baking sheet.

3. Bake for 15 minutes until the asparagus is tender.
