Ingredients

    1(12 ounce) fresh cranberries, cleansed
    1 cup water
1 3/4 cup splenda or other sugar substitute
1 granny smith apple, peeled, cored and chopped
1 orange, juice and zest of, grated
1 lemon, juice and zest of, grated

Directions

1. cook cranberries, sugar and water in a saucepan over low heat for about 5 minutes or until the skins pop open
2. add the apple, zests, and juice and cook for 15 minutes more.
3. remove from heat and cool
4. store in the fride for 24 hours before serving. it will thicken and gel as it sits. ( i have found that it does not thicken as well with the sugar substitutes but my family is ok with that, in fact they don't like to wait the 24 hours they like it to cool and dig in)
