Ingredients

Half a package of whole wheat spaghetti
2 packages of grape tomatoes (approximately 60 tomatoes)
    1/10 of a spanish onion
    1/4 olive oil
    10 leaves of fresh basil
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
    2 tbsp of parmesan cheese

Directions

Start by slicing grape tomatoes in half, then chop spanish onion to desired size. ( I estimated that I use about a tenth of a large onion).

Heat oil for a couple minutes first in a frying pan, once oil is heated add tomatoes, let sizzle for approx 5 mins, add onions and garlic, let cook for approx 5 mins. Add basil and let cook for 1 more minute.

Serve over whole wheat spaghetti and top with parmesan cheese.
