Ingredients

    1 medium apple, cut up
    1 medium banana, sliced
    1 navel orange, peeled, cut up
    cinnamon for sprinkling
    pomegranate seeds (optional)
    6 tablespoons chopped walnuts

Directions

*Mix the fruits together and sprinkle generously with cinnamon. (For a dash of color add some pomegranate seeds, but these are not calculated in the nutritional info.)
* Divide among 6 small serving bowls (or plates) and sprinkle each serving with 1 tablespoon of chopped walnuts
