    2T - light mayo
    2T - pickle relish
    2 hardboiled egg whites - chopped
    2T - celery, chopped
    2T - onion, chopped
    1T flaxseed meal
    lemon pepper to taste

Directions

Mix, chill

Serve with two sciles of whole grain bread and a slice of no salt swiss
