Ingredients

    2 italian sausage patties
    1 cup bell peppers
    1 cup mushrooms
    2 cups marinara sauce
    4 oz dry whole wheat pasta

Directions

Cook Whole wheat pasta according to directions on the box.

Crumble & brown sausage in a skillet, drain & set to side.

Cook mushrooms, onions & peppers in the pan that the sausage was in until soft. Add the sausage back in & cover with the marinara sauce. Heat mixture until hot. Serve over pasta.
