Introduction

Great modified banana bread that uses half sugar and half splenda as well as whole wheat flour. Great modified banana bread that uses half sugar and half splenda as well as whole wheat flour.
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1 1/2 C sugar (half sugar/half splenda)
    3/4 C Canola Margarine
    1 1/2 C mashed bananas (about 3)
    2 beaten eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 C milk
    2 tsp. vinegar
    2 C whole wheat flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.
1. Blend sugars, butter, eggs, and vanilla well. Add bananas.
2. Mix milk and vinegar well and add to mixture.
3. Add dry ingredients.
4. Blend VERY well.
5. Pour into bread pans.
6. Bake 1 hour at 350. Do toothpick test to check for doneness.
Makes 2 loaves (8 slices each).

Serving Size: Makes 10 - about 1 inch slices per loaf
