An orange delight, sweet and spicy!! An orange delight, sweet and spicy!!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 cup of diced butternut squash
    1 med. sweet potato diced (about 5.5 oz)
    1/4 cup of sliced onion

    dash of the following:
    Cayanne Pepper
    Cinnamon
    Salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350

On a baking sheet place a piece of Parchment Paper, and then spray with cooking spray

Add all your vegetables

Spray with cooking spray. The add your spices. Toss with hands.

Bake for 40 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
