Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cups flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    ½ tsp. salt
    ¼ cup sugar or splenda
    1 tsp. yeast proofed in the milk
    ½ cup butter cut in pieces room temp
    ¼ cup dried cranberries softened
    1/4 cup fine chopped pecans
    1/3 cup milk
    1 beaten egg
    2 tbsp. orange extract

Directions

Instructions
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl, next add the butter mix with hands until crumbly. Next mix milk beaten egg and orange extract together add to flour mixture along with cranberries and pecans make a soft dough pat out to a 7” circle cut with pizza cutter into 8 pieces let rise until plump bake on pan at 425F until browned.

NOTE: you may have to sprinkle extra flour on mix to get the right dough texture
