Ingredients

    mix together 2 eggs, 1-15 oz tub of ricotta cheese, 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese & 1/2 c of parmesan cheese. Brown 1 lb of ground beef. pour layer of baking sauce in bottom of 13x9x3" baking dish. Then add 1 layer of no boil noodles. spread 1/3 of ricotta mixture then a 1/2 the cppked ground beef. then add layer of sauce--use sparingly-just enough to cover. add layer of noodles then 1/3 of cheese mix then sauce then layer of noodles last 1/3 of cheese, last half of ground beef & rest of sauce. add 1 final layer of noodles & sprinkle top with 2 cups of mozzarella. Cover with foil. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 50-60 minutes. Then uncover & cook another 5 minutes or until cheese on top is bubbling. Remove from oven and let stand 5-10 minutes before serving. serves 12
