Introduction
Simple stir fry using beef strips, red curry sauce and coconut cream which gives you 2 servings of veggies, and richness of coconut cream. You can add potato, fresh veggies of any kind. I usually use frozen because they are more cost efficient for me.The Aroy-D curry sauce already contains coconut cream but we love a little extra so we add 1/2 cup of Savoy's, adds quite a bit to the fat content so you make the choice.

Ingredients

1 pkg beef stir fry strips (500g)
1 can Savoy Coconut Cream
1 can Aroy D Red Cury Sauce
2 cups Europe's Zen Garden frozen veggies
Directions
heat olive oil in wok, adding beef and let brown for 2mins then add rest of ingredients and simmer for 20mins until meat and veggies are tender.
Serve over cooked rice of your choice (brown, wild or white)
