Half of a red pepper, Chopped
Half of a cucumber, Peeled and chopped
Half of a red onion, diced
Tbsp cilantro
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
Salt & Pepper to Taste

Chop and mix.
