Introduction
This is my treat to myself every so often, and soooo tasty good! This is my treat to myself every so often, and soooo tasty good!Number of Servings: 4
Ingredients
-
1 lb chicken breasts, skinless, boneless, cut into 1 inch cubes
1/2-3/4 cup Frank's Buffalo Sauce (choose your fave)
Cooking spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 400.
Cut chicken into tenders first, then into 1 inch cubes.
Put in a zip-lock bag, pour in sauce to cover and coat.
If you wish/have the time, let the chicken marinade for 30 minutes (you can go as long as overnight). If not, they still taste good! I have done it both ways and there is a bit of a flavor difference, but not if you don't have the time.
Line a baking sheet with foil, spray with cooking spray. Remove chicken from bag (leave extra sauce in bag) and put on baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is done.
I like to serve these with sweet potato fries, celery, and my blue cheese dressing!
