Introduction

LOTS OF PROTEIN AND VERY DELICIOUS LOTS OF PROTEIN AND VERY DELICIOUS

Ingredients

    1 scoop of Max Pro Protein
    1 Medium banana
    1 teaspoon Ground Flaxseed
    1/3 cup of Pancake mix
    1/2 cup of 2% milk

Directions

Mix all the ingrediants well together. Smash half the banana into the mix (you can smash it all if you want) then just cook like a regular pancake.
When pancakes are done you can slice the rest of the banana on top of the pancakes and they are ready to enjoy.

Serving Size: Makes 2 large pancakes
