Ingredients

    Pizza Dough (makes 2 thin crust pizzas)
    1-3/4 to 2-1/4 cups AP Flour
    I envelope Fleischman's Pizza Yeast
    1-1/2 tsp sugar
    3/4 tsp salt
    2/3 cup very warm water
    3 tbsp oil (I used Olive Oil)

    Pizza topping
    1/4 cup pesto sauce (I used Cibo Naturals)
    2 cups prepared bruschetta (I used Hannah Gluten Free Bruschetta)
    Mozzarella cheese to taste.

Directions

Follow instructions on yeast packet for dough.

Add toppings and bake 15 min @ 425.

Serving Size: Makes 2 12 inch thin crust pizzas
