The best 10 minute meal I have ever made. I didn't have any zucchini so I just used a green and red pepper, added some green onion, and a little bit of sour cream.

I was skeptical at first about mixing corn with taco seasoning but this was awesome. Very good recipe and easy enough for anyone.

This was fantastic! It was quick & easy to make. You can change it up by adding other veggies & it makes great leftovers for lunch the next day. - 5/23/11

*This recipe sounds good - *HOWEVER- I can't rate it because I haven't tried it. *I like all the ingredients EXCEPT...*What are "Chipolte Peppers in Adobo Sauce * *Too often the recipes call for ingredients I have either never heard of OR the ingredient is not carried in the local super markets. - 5/18/15
