Ingredients

    4 large eggs, beaten
    1 10-oz pkg frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
    3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
    1 9-oz pkg Tysons Grilled Chicken Breast Strips, coarsely chopped
    1/2 cup chopped onions
    1/2 cup chopped red pepper
    3 drops Tabasco Sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly spray muffin pan with cooking spray or use liners. Mix all ingredients together and spoon into muffin cups. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until done.
