Ingredients

    1 medium frozen Banana
    1/4 cup diced frozen fresh Pineapple
    1/4 cup Frozen Unsweetened Blueberries
    5 Frozen Unsweetened Strawberries
    1/4 cup Frozen Raspberries
    1/2 cup Plain lowfat yogurt
    2 tbsp ground Flax Seed
    2 serving Gensoy Soy Protein Powder
    1/2 cup Silk Organic Soy Milk
    1 cup water



Directions

Add all ingredients in order listed into a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Using different brands of the Soy Powder and Soy Milk may change their nutritional values.
If using fresh fruits instead of frozen fruits add ice cubes.
