Ingredients

    1/2 head romaine lettuce
    1 oz. cheese-filled tortellini
    2 oz. albacore tuna, water packed
    1/2 oz. plain croutons
    1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tbsp. caesar salad dressing (recipe below)

    Caesar Salad Dressing Recipe
    1 tbsp. olive oil
    1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1/2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 small clove garlic, pressed
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. anchovy paste (optional)
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper
    1/8 tsp. salt (optional)

Directions

Clean, dry, and tear romaine lettuce. Add tuna and cooked and cooled tortellini. Toss with Caesar Salad Dressing (directions below) and top with croutons and grated Parmesan cheese.

For Caesar Salad Dressing, place all ingredients in a small glass jar and shake well.
