Introduction

I am not trying to claim that I created pita pizzas; they have been done forever. I just eat them a lot and wanted to share/have a quick way to enter it into my nutrition page. I basically added the bare minimum to this recipe because I change things up a lot. I will just add the other things separate. Ingredients

    1 pita
    2 Tbsp Ragu Pizza Quick Sauce
    1 oz Mozzarella Chesse, part skim milk
    5 slices of tomato
    Basil to top
    2-3 slices of onion
    Garlic salt to taste

Directions

Heat pita in toaster oven (or conventional oven) at 425 F while oven heats. Slice veges in the meantime. After about 3-5 minutes remove pita from oven and slather on the pizza sauce. Top with rest of veges or any other toppings that catch your fancy. Send it back to the oven until everything is hot and bubbly. If you load the bajabbers out of it, you may need to set the oven to broil for the last 1-2 minutes to cook the things on top. Enjoy!
