Introduction
I really love the flavors of greek style foods. So I took some of my favorites and made them into a regular salad with greens. With the hopes of cutting down the calories. Ingredients

1 Cup of mixed greens lettuce
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (sliced)
1/2 cup cucumber, diced
1 tbs onion chopped
1 tsp olive oil
6 tablespoons Red Wine Vineagar
1 tablespoon Oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
1 oz feta cheese
Directions
Chop vegetables toss with vineagar and oil, season to taste
Serving Size: Makes a large salad--can be cut in half for a side
