Ingredients

    1 pkg Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey
    1 Medium Zucchini, Diced
    2 Large Bell Pepper, Diced
    1 Cup Onions, Diced
    1 Cup Mushrooms, Diced
    1 Cup Salsa, Southwest Salsa (Safeway Select brand)
    1.5 Cups Brown Rice, Cookied

Directions

Saute all vegetables (I use a little non-fat cooking spray and a few tbsp of water) - set aside
Brown turkey
Add salsa and heat a few minutes
Combine all ingredients and serve!
