    1 pound: Skinless, Boneless Chicken Thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces.
    1/4 pound: Smoked Sausage, fully cooked
    2 stalks: Celery, sliced. (with leaves) (1 1/4 cups)
    1 large: Carrot, chopped (3/4 cup)
    1 medium: Onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
    1 can: (14.5 ounces) Stewed Tomatoes, undrained
    5 cups: Water
    2 Tbls: Chicken Bouillon Granules
    1 tsp: Dried Thyme Leaves
    1 Package: (10 oz) Frozen Cut Okra
    3 cups: Cooed Rice
    Red Pepper Sauce


1. Mix chicken, sausage, celery, carrot, onion, tomatoes, water, bouillon granules and thyme in 4- to 5-quart slow cooker.

2. Cover and cook on low heat setting 6 1/2 to 7 hours or until chicken is no longer pink in center. Stir in okra. Cover and cook on Low heat setting 20 minutes longer.

3. Spoon soup over rice in individual bowls. Serve with red pepper sauce.
