Ingredients

    Mix the eggs for a minute at high speed, then blend in the other ingredients and stir just until blended. Melt 1/4 c. of butter in a 9x13" pan at 350 while you're mixing the batter. Take the pan out when the butter is melted, turn up the oven temp to 450, and pour in the batter. Optional: You can also add fresh fruit, and a smidgeon of sugar to the butter while it's melting.

Directions

Bake at 450 for 15 minutes
