Introduction

NOTE: sauce is NOT added to tracker. Why? Because when you eat the salad, you get just the flavoring of the sauce-- it's so thin that it doesn't really stick to the fruit at all. So unless you drink it like a soup, it doesn't really add many calories at all. for those that are super trackers, I would add maybe 10 calories of straight carbs (sugar-- fructose, honey) to each 1 cup serving. Ingredients

    Mango, 1 fruit, seeded and peeled
    Strawberries, fresh, 1.5 cup, halves
    Blueberries, fresh, 1 cup
    Kiwi Fruit, 2 fruit without skin, medium
    Grapes, 1.5 cup, seedless

    Sauce (NOT IN TRACKER)
    Juice of .5 lemon
    1/3 cup oj
    1/2 t ginger
    dash nutmeg
    1T honey

Directions

chop all the fruit, toss with sauce. (NOTE: Sauce will not cling to fruit-- there will be a bunch of leftover sauce at bottom of bowl)
