    1 Dr. Praeger's Veggie Burger - broiled
    1 cup chopped spinach
    1 cup chopped pea shoots
    5 kalamata olives, chopped
    1 medium tomato, diced or sliced
    1/2 Haas avocado

    While veggie burger is broiling, chop salad ingredients and assemble colorfully on a colorful plate.

    Optional: Salad dressing made of equal parts kalamata olive juice and lime juice and a pinch of salt.

    Season with a sprinkle of Herbamare Seasoning Salt.
