Ingredients

    Jimmy Dean Spicy Pork Sausage - 16 oz pkg.
    Mushrooms - Sliced and cut into peices
    Shredded Cheese - 1 cup
    Eggs - 14 large

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9x13 baking dish with pam spray. Brown the sausage. Spread the browned sausage bits around the bottom of the baking dish. Sprinkle the mushrooms on top of the sausage. Sprinkle the cheese on top of that. Beat the eggs and pour over the top of the dish, evenly. Bake for 45 minutes until done.
