Introduction

Super-Simple dish that has all the right stuff! Super-Simple dish that has all the right stuff!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 cup Quinoa
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    1 package of steamed vegetables
    Note: I used Birdseye Steam Fresh Asparagus, gold and white corn, and carrots, but you can use any type of steamed veggies

Directions

1) Cook the Quinoa like you would cook Brown Rice. - I use a rice cooker, so it does the work for me.

2) Steam the vegetables per the instructions on the package.

3) Mix the cooked quinoa and steamed veggies, drizzle the Olive Oil on top, then mix together and enjoy!

Serving Size: makes 4 1-cup servings
