Introduction

Brown Rice fried in a pan with bacon and eggs Brown Rice fried in a pan with bacon and eggs
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Brown Rice (2 cups uncooked)
1 Egg and 2 Egg whites
    3 pieces of bacon

Directions

Cook the bacon (I cooked it on the George Foreman Grill - Takes out a lot of the grease)
Cook the Rice according to the package

Once the rice is cooked put it in a heated pan on low.
Make a space in the rice to cook the eggs, scrambled.
*Note: I used one regular egg and then egg whites. You can add all of the egg but you have to account for the extra calories.
Once the eggs are cooked mix it in with the rice.
Tear up the bacon and add it to the rice.

Serve and add Soy sauce as desired.

Serving Size: Makes about 4 1-cups per serving
