Introduction

Easy to make, surprisingly good and also high in protein. And the best part, No Flour Required. Easy to make, surprisingly good and also high in protein. And the best part, No Flour Required.

Ingredients

    8 tbs of ground Flaxseed
    4 egg whites
    3 tbs water
    1 scoop protein (flavor of choice)
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp Vanilla extract
    Splenda/ Stevia to taste
    Capella drops (optional)


Directions

Mix all dry ingredients first and then add in egg whites, water and Vanilla extract. It might seem a little thick, but it's supposed to be like that. Pour into muffin tins and bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes.


***This recipe is so versatile. I've made it using unsweetened cocoa powder and chocolate Capella drops. Cinnamon, PB2, apple pie spice, and even pumpkin pie spice. Even good topped with almond butter.
