Ingredients

1/2 cup Dannon Light & Fit Vanilla Yogurt
1/2 cup Vanilla Soymilk
1 small Banana (Frozen)
1 cup Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 tbs Vanilla
1 scoop EAS Whey Powder
2 ice cubes
Directions
In a blender mix all ingredients until blended well. After all are blended well, mix for an additional two minutes. This will ensure that you will have a thick and creamy smoothie. These are great for breakfast or lunch and make a great snack. Packed full of vitamins and protien.
