Ingredients

    Evaporated milk, nonfat, one can
    Peanut Butter, 6 TBSP
    Splenda, 5 packets + (depending on how much sugar you like, to taste)
    Cinnamon, dash
    Ice


Directions

Mix all ingredients (except ice) in blender and blend until peanut butter is mixed well with the liquid, about 1 minute. Add ice and blend until ice is completely crushed, about 1 minute.

Delicious and healthy for when you have a sweet tooth!
