    1 each,Bell pepper, green, yellow and red, chopped roughly
    3, Tomatoes, chopped roughly
    2, Zuchini, sliced thinly
    2, Yellow squash, sliced thinly
    1, Jar RAGU
    2, 8oz packs Rice Cheese, Mozzarella flovor, sliced thinly
    7-8 sheets No Boil Lasagna noodles


Spread light layer of Ragu on bottom of pan
Add a layer of lasasnga noodles,
Add a layer of the vegetables,
Top with a layer of the cheese,
Add a layer of lasanga noodles,
Add a layer of Ragu,
Add the reamining vegetables,
Top with remaining Ragu and cheese.

Cover with foil and cook at 350F for 30-45 mins.
Uncover and cook for 15 mins more or until cheese goldens.
*Note rice cheese does not melt like regular cheese it burns easily
