    *Papayas, 1 large (5-3/4" long x 3-1/4" dia) (remove)
    *Canola Oil, .25 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, sliced (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced (remove)
    Garlic, 2 tsp (remove)
    Ginger Root, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Hot Chili Peppers, 2 pepper (remove)
    *Lemon Juice, 10 mL (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 2 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Curry powder, 1.5 tbsp (remove)
    *Ground tumeric, .5 tbsp (remove)

Directions

cut in cubes. sautee onion, garlic,ginger then add tomato and papaya. add rest of ingredient except water. Cook covered for 5-10mins on medium heat. when starts to brown in the bottom add water cover and cook till all water evaporates. Add chopped cilantro before taking it off the heat.
