Ingredients

    2# Ground (Lean) Beef
    2 packets of Taco Seasoning
    2 packets of Ranch Dip Mix
    1 can of Yellow Sweet Corn
    1 can of White Corn
    1 can of Pinto Beans
    1 can of Red Kidney Beans
    1 can of Black Beans
    1 can of Rotel (any hotness you prefer)
    2 cans of Swanson's Chicken Broth (use instead of water)

Directions

Brown hamburger meat in large pot. Drain excess fat. Combine all ingredients into one pot and simmer on med/low heat for 20-30. Eat over tortilla chips ( I love the Tostitos Baked Tortilla Chips) w/ cheese and sour cream (low fat, of course.) :)
