Ingredients

    1 large Can Dice Tomatoes - Low Sodium
    1 Large Can Crushed Tomatoes - Low Sodium
    1/2 Cup Olive Oil
    1/2 Cup Garlic Cloves
    1 Cup Fresh Basil - Chopped
    Dry Oregano
    Dry Basil
    Garlic Powder
    Black Pepper

Directions

Heat Oil in Pan over medium heat
Add garlic, cook until fragrant
Add both cans of tomatoes
Add half of the fresh basil, chopped
Season to taste with dry ingredients
Cook down for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on desired thickness
Add remaining fresh chopped basil
Can be topped with a low sodium Asiago or Parmesan Cheese for added flavor

Serving Size: Makes Appr. 13 1/2 Cup Servings
