Ingredients

    1.5 ltr water
    2 bags of strong Earl Grey black tea
    6-10 leaves of fresh mint leaves
    2-3 wedges of lemon (optional)
    artificial sweetners
    ice


Directions

Boil half the water in a kettle and pour into an already rinsed with hot water pot which you've added the tea bags and the mint leaves (reserve some for decoration). Take a wooden spoon and mix the water and crush a little the mint leaves inorder for them to leave their aroma. Let stand until cooled sown to room temperature. Take your jug pour in rest of water and pour tea through a sieve, discard tea bags and mint leaves. Add sweeteners to taste and lemon wedges if you want and refrigerate. When serving pour into a long glass add lots of ice and top with some fresh mint leaves.
