Introduction

Ingredients

    *Bob's Red Mill Organic 7 Grain Pancake & Waffle Mix, 114 gram(s) (about 1 cup)
    Wheat germ, crude, 21 grams (about 1/4 cup)
    Golden Flax, cold milled Golden Flax Seed (Flax*USA), 4 tbsp
    Water, tap, 1.25 cup

    Optional -- Splenda or other sweetner 1-2 tsp. (not included in nutritional information)

Directions

Heat a skillet or griddle over medium high heat. Spray lightly wiht cooking spray.

Combine all ingredients. Pour by scoopful onto hot griddle (about 1/4 cup or less per pancake). Cook on one side until bubbles form. Flip and cook until done.

Serve with fresh fruit or sugar free syrup. (not included in nutritional information)
