Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup cold raw Goat milk
    1 raw egg yolk from pastured chickens
    2 TBS natural peanut butter
    1 TBS natural cocoa powder
    1 tsp Vanilla
    1 TBS Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
    1 small to medium ripe banana
    1 TBS Honey or to taste
    3-4 ice cubes or you can freeze the banana or part of the Goat milk ahead of time.

Directions

Place all ingredients except Banana and Ice Cubes in blender, blend until smooth. Add Banana & Ice Cubes and blend on high until well blended.

Serving Size: 1- 2 cup serving or 2 - 1 cup servings
