Introduction
A great family dish served with crusty or garlic bread. Also makes a great dish to serve at a party. A favourite with my family and friends, both adults and children. Ingredients

500 grams Beef mince.
1 Large onion.
1-2 cloves garlic-crushed.
2 Large family size tins of tomato soup.
1/2 Pkt. Noodles. (Spirals or tubes.)
1/4 tsp.paprika.
Directions
Cook noodles in boiling water until tender, drain an put aside.
Fry sliced onion and garlic in a little oil until onion is tender.
Add mince and cook stirring until completely cooked through.
Pour in the tomato soup and stir well adding paprika and a little cayenne pepper if liked.
Stir in pre-cooked noodles and cook until all heated through.
Serve with either crusty bread or garlic bread.
Serving Size: Serves 6 as a meal, or up to 12-14 as a party snack.
