Ingredients

    1 c. white flour
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    2 tbsp sugar
    3/4 tsp salt
    3 tbsp baking powder
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    3 tbsp powdered milk
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1 tbsp butter, melted
    1 medium banana, mashed
    1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Mix dry ingredients. Add water and mix well. Add remaining ingredients. Add another tablespoon of water if the batter is too thick. Spoon onto a hot nonstick skillet. Turn when bubbles first start to appear.
