Introduction

Mmmm, just like my favorite smoothie at my favorite Vietnamese restaurant. Mmmm, just like my favorite smoothie at my favorite Vietnamese restaurant.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    Red Beans 1.5 cups
    Light Coconut Milk, 1 can
    Heavy Whipping Cream, 1/2 cup
    Milk, nonfat, 2 cup
    Splenda Granulated, 1 cup

Directions

Blend all ingredients in a blender until beans are blended into the liquid. Freeze in an ice cream freezer according to manufacturer's directions. This is so good!

Serving Size: Makes about 12 1/2 cup servings.
