* Ginger Root, 1 tsp
* Garlic, 2 clove
* Shiitake Mushrooms, 70 grams
* Mushrooms, fresh, 100 grams
* *Snow Peas, fresh, 1 cup )
* Water Chestnuts (canned), 145 gram(s) (1 can drained)
* Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
* Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
* Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
* Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup
* Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
* *Oyster Sauce, 2 tbsp
* *Soy Sauce, 0.5 cup
* chowmein noodles, 454 gram(s) (1 packet)
* *Corriander, 3 tsp
* Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
* Cornstarch, 10 grams
Sesame Oil, 1 1tsp
Directions
Cook noodles as directed on the packet..
Heat canola oil and cook diced pork until cooked through.
Remove from pan.
Add ginger, garlic and all vegetables. Stirfry for 5 minutes.
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce and chicken broth.
Return pork to the pan.
Cook for 5 more minutes.
Thicken sauce with cornstarch, add cooked noodles and toss well to mix.
Sprinkle with sesame oil and corriander and serve at once.
